Bringing stories to life

I'm a fully trained and qualified independent celebrant with the Academy of Modern Celebrancy. I combine my storytelling background with creativity, confidence and a genuine love of people to create ceremonies that feel warm, engaging and full of personality.

I don't believe meaningful ceremonies have to be overly formal or follow a set formula. The most memorable moments often come from the real things—the laughter, the shared memories, the unexpected stories and the detail.

Whether I'm celebrating a couple beginning their next chapter together or helping a family honour someone special, my approach is always the same: listen carefully, write with heart and deliver a ceremony that feels right.

Outside of ceremonies

When I'm not writing ceremonies you may find me sea swimming, at the gym, riding my Peloton, listening to music or enjoying a good dance. I might even be one of the first up! I also have a reflective side that loves to be still. I’ll sit with a great view, go for a walk on the beach, do yoga (though I’m not the best), read and let be. It’s important to pause sometimes. 

I love exploring new places, being outdoors, meeting new people and making the most of life’s moments. I've travelled extensively across Asia and believe kindness, curiosity and a good sense of fun go a long way.  

I'm fascinated by people and the stories that shape their lives—which is exactly why being a celebrant feels like such a perfect fit.

I feel incredibly lucky to be trusted with some of life's biggest moments, and I never forget the responsibility that comes with that.
